We had the most wonderful stay at this place. The guest house is located beautifully right by the seaside with fantastic sea views from all rooms. The rooms are just big enough, renovated newly and immaculately clean, so we felt really comfortable. The Japanese breakfast was tasty and and the Japanese dinner exceeded our expectations and is great value for money. This all was topped by the exceptional hospitality we were met with, and our heartfelt thanks goes out to manager Miki-san who made us feel so welcome and even drove us to the sand dunes, to the station when we left and gave us a packed sando for our trip, all complimentary. Cannot recommend this place enough!

They drove me from yura station and were kind enough to allow me to check in quite late. They also lent their bike to cycle around town which made visiting everything easy. They are also super knowledgeable about the Conan attractions nearby and helped planned my day so I visited everything. They are also super pleasant to converse with and only accept one booking every night. I cannot over state this enough but this is really the epitome of Japanese service and worth every dollar. There is really nothing to criticise or nit pick. They treat you like family and ensure you have the best stay possible.

Offering quiet street views, ゲストハウスわかばGuestHouse Wakaba in Iwami is an accommodation set in Iwamicho, 33 km from Daijoji Temple and 2.9 km from Ajiro-kō. After a long day cycling this guesthouse was a clean, cozy and welcome stop for the night. the hostess was wonderful and very helpful.

Absolutely loved this place - our room on the second floor looked out onto the trees and up to Mount Daisen, and from the seating area we felt immersed in the woods. The hosts felt very welcoming and calm and it was the most peaceful experience. The vegan food was out of this world and we started each day with a zen meditation with one of the monks. Would definitely recommend to stay at this ryokan to find some stillness and comfort. Would rate at 11 if I could.

Iwamino Oyado lucere er staðsett í Uradome, 33 km frá Daijoji-hofinu og 2,6 km frá Ajiro-kō. Boðið er upp á loftkælingu. It’s a really lovely location, a bit far from the station but the host kindly picked me up and dropped me off so it was still very convenient. She even accommodated a last minute time change as my train was very delayed. She was so kind and friendly!

Lovely kitchen and dining tables. Free parking space with a roof(my case, motorbike). Kind staff.
