La acogida de David y Yoshico es excepcional, en seguida te hacen sentir como en casa. Como había pocos huéspedes me pudieron cambiar la habitación para tener vistas del río, las cuales son súper relajantes. La cena que me preparó Yoshico el 1er día estaba exquisita, y los desayunos tampoco defraudaron. El pueblo tiene un Onsen público muy bien preparado a 10min andando, y un Family Mart pegado, lo cual siempre viene bien para comprar el lunch. La ubicación de la Guesthouse es excelente para ir a ver el Yasui Valley y Nakatsu Gorge.

El EkimaehouseSamaru se encuentra en Shimanto-cho, a 13 km del Museo Kaiyodo Hobby de Shimanto y a 24 km del santuario Takaoka. Hay cocina compartida y wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. The guesthouse and the neighborhood are amazing. The owner is one of the nicest and warmest people I have met. The bed was even nicer than that of a much more expensive ryokan. The train ride to the guesthouse was scenic, the location of the accommodation is perfect, the eateries nearby are all good. The place itself was spotless with a really nice shower room. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend it enough.

El Guesthouse Suisennosato se encuentra en Konan y ofrece un jardín. Además, hay wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. La calidez de la señora que nos atendió. Fue muy amable y nos preparo algo de comer a todos los huéspedes. También nos puso el desayuno. Todo muy rico.

El Katsuo Guest House, situado a 12 minutos a pie o a 3 minutos en colectivo de la salida norte de la estación JR de Kochi, ofrece habitaciones compartidas de estilo japonés con aire acondicionado. Maki was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! She recommended local restaurants for dinner, and invited me to join the tacoyaki party they were having that evening. The 8 bed dorm was lovely- gorgeous wood beds and cool decor. The beds were comfy and private. I was lucky since there were only 4 of us in the room, but I think it would be spacious enough even if it were full. Definitely the nicest guesthouse I’ve stayed at in Japan.

El Washi Studio Kamikoya ofrece alojamiento de 1 estrella con jardín en Yusuhara. Este alojamiento de 1 estrella ofrece consigna de equipaje. It's the highlight of this trip to Japan. We enjoyed the paper making experience, the place and property. Dinner is not provided but you can bring your own food/meat to BBQ in the gorgeous outdoor kitchen. The view in the morning is unbelievable. Thank you for hosting us! :)

El Guesthouse boro-ya está situado en Toyonaga. El alojamiento cuenta con zona de parrilla y jardín. Además, goza de vistas a la montaña. Todas las habitaciones tienen terraza. The house is beautifully nestled in the woods, the scenery (even from the bathroom!) is amazing! There's a lot of space and the rooms are comfortable and cozy, the hosts are great and super helpful, and will give you amazing advices to explore the surroundings. Do yourself a favour, avoid the super touristy hotels of the area and stay here!

El Guesthouse En está situado en Ochi, en una elevación a 400 metros, en las montañas, rodeado de naturaleza. El alojamiento cuenta con jardín y consigna de equipaje. The place is located in a calm and beautiful area, it is well maintained and the owners were really nice and helpful people.

El Haruno Guesthouse ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado en Tosa. Cuenta con cocina compartida, salón compartido y wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. This is a great, affordable place to stop along the shikoku pilgrimage route. I stayed 2 nights. The nights before and after temple 35, walking without a bag for that day was so nice and gave my legs a mild break with plenty of time to do laundry, clean, and reorganize my gear. Since it's so affordable it makes a great place for a rest day. Walking distance to a great grocery store and conbinis.
