The staff are super friendly, the owner (I think) even drove us to one of the stations as we were leaving, we had far too much luggage at this point in our trip and it was challenging for us.

Situated 47 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, Irori Guest House Tenmaku offers 1-star accommodation in Hakone and has a bar. I thought the hotel was fantastic for the price. The whole hotel is excellently designed, their "capsule" rooms are like a whole room not just a pod. I can stand inside of it and walk around, that's how much room you get. The location is great! It's only a 2minute walk to the Open Air Museum which is nice and 3-4minute walk to the nearest train stop. The lobby was fantastically designed as well with a fire pit in the middle so you can have family dinners with other guests and staff. They also have a bar that's opened until 10pm. Honestly, can't ask for much more at it's price. I was going to use the toilet and the toilet paper role was almost empty but even then, the staff still folded it in a triangle shape. Thats attention to detail! Checkout was smooth. You put keys on the front desk, put linen sheets in bin and leave.

Very unique designs inside including the sumarai armor. The breakfast was made by the host and his neighbors ,and very traditional. We enjoyed our conversations with him!

Open in April 2017, Field Hakone Resort is set in Hakone, a 6-minute walk from Sengokuannaishomae Bus Stop. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on... The place is fantastic. Clean, quiet and with several restaurants quite close. The owner Nori is super helpful. Thanks you for the nice stay !

GuestHouse FUTARENO er staðsett í Noge-hverfinu í Yokohama, í 5 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Sakuragicho- og Hinodecho-stöðvunum. the staff was so nice ,and they provided like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, facial cleanser and so on ,so actually you can doesn't take anything (except you have your own choice) ,finally i ike there , next time if i will go to yokohama again ,i would like try the different room type .

Great big room, clean, comfortable, warm in a Lovely old building. Friendly hosts, I booked last minute while cycling around Tokyo bay and was greeted with a smile, a great recommendation for somewhere to eat late at night and they allowed me to store my bicycle inside overnight. I would definitely say again if I am back in Yokosuka anytime.
