Featuring 1-star accommodation, Guest House EBISAN is set in Furano, 21 km from Furano Station and 22 km from Windy Garden. The host is an absolute gem of a man! He provided tips & tricks, printed ski resort information to us when we got down for breakfast. Breakfast each morning was eggs and bacon, provided with a pan where you could fry them yourselves. He gave us a bottle of sake as a present when we had dinner, and even sat with us during our meal, sharing stories.

Toyako Guest House Ponkotan is situated in Lake Toya, in the Toyako Onsen district. With free WiFi, this 1-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. Great location, within 5 mins walk to everywhere, really close to bus station and the Toya lake! The owner Keiko is really friendly and helpful, keep the hostel spotless clean, and thanks for the great tips for amazing hot spring and firework. It’s one of my best memories of the 20 days trips in Hokkaido!

My stay here was simply wonderful. Yoshie is an outstanding host and she will make you feel right at home, and help with anything she can. I met wonderful people and had tons of fun, we even had a "live karaoke" night where we played the guitar and sang songs. I really hope I can come back some time!

Boasting quiet street views, Santari features accommodation with a garden, around 35 km from Lake Shikaribetsu. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 41 km from Obihiro Station. We stayed literally home at Kazu’s (the host) place and he looked after us so well and helped us with a super stay. Fantastic home made breakfast He helped us booking and taking us to a restaurant nearby. After he installed us at the restaurant he invited us for a whisky tasting of his Japanese favourites. The most helpful and kind host I have ever met. Thanks a lot for a memorable stay.

Shabby House is a 60-year old traditional Japanese home that is situated in Sapporo. Nishisenjuyojo Station is a 3-minute walk away from the property. Thank you Kudo san for your hospitality, generosity and kindness. I should have stayed longer then 3 nights. Location is right next to the tram and a supermarket. The breakfast is delicious. Rooms are cozy. The interior is fascinating.
