Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Minamiboso Sirahama Club offers accommodation in Minamiboso. The guest house has a barbecue and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Our room was definitely idiosyncratic, with a great mixture of flea-market findings, real and almost antiques, big windows and lots of space. Public areas were also fun, continuing the comfortable, off-beat vibe. A little frayed at the edges, though very clean. Friendly staff.

The location was great with a lots of restaurants few steps away. The guesthouse has a big common room with tatami where you can eat or just rest from a long day and have a chat with others guests. The self check-in is really easy and fast, room was spacious for 2 people. Everything looked pretty clean!

The atmosphere at the quest house was quite informal, so therefore very comfortable. The host, Kamijo, was enormously the reason for this. He handled requests from his guests with ease and a sense of calmness, hence creating a relaxing situation for everyone staying there. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the Chiba City area or even Tokyo area, and I will probably bring my family with me as there is a remarkable family room that could accommodate several members (4+) of the family, and even friends!
