A recently renovated property, Plaza de petra is situated in Wadi Musa near Petra, College of Archaeology, Tourism and Hotel Management. And Obelisk Tomb. When you meet Bader our host you are greeted by a friend. A most welcoming friend caring deeply for your well being! We asked if we could check in really early and he said yes immediately - even though finally we made it to Wadi Musa later. He even texted us for the exact time, so as to switch on the AC in advance in our room. We found a very comfortable room and we parked the car just outside the location. We were greeted with chilled orange juice and small sweet treats. Even though we could use everything from the kitchen - cooking utensils as well as cooking oil, eggs, hummus, bread and cheese, and also coffee, tea and juice - our room had coffee, tea, cold water and fridge we could use as well. As we had to leave pretty early so as to catch the morning sun in Petra and thus missing the breakfast, Bader, prepared for us breakfast in lunchboxes the night before so that we would have food with us (fresh fruit and snacks!). A superb gesture! Also, even though it would be past our check out time, Bader was really kind as to offer us the chance to take a shower and get a small rest after the Petra hike. Also points for the cleanliness of the place overall as well as our room too and a very good wifi connection.

Great location with a view on Petra, great app with three bathrooms. The hoste was very friendly with welcome tea and delicious jordanian dinner and breakfast. I higly recommend.

Located in Wadi Musa, 2.8 km from Petra and 5.5 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury, Petra View Flat offers a garden and air conditioning. It was nice stay, the room comfortable and spacious, also bathroom was nice. Staff helpful and attentive. The hotel was about 5 minutes by the car to the Visitor Center we had the best dinner there cooked by Mohammed’s mother the view from the balcony was amazing thank you Mohammed and your family we will meet again

The owner of the house helped us with everything, gave us recommendations about sightseeings what to avoid, cooked for us a delicious mansaf dinner and we lived like a local for two nights. The room view is incredible since the apartment located on a hill.

Set within 2.2 km of Petra Church and 2.2 km of High Place of Sacrifice, Petra Magic Guest House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Wadi Musa. If you are coming to see Petra, this guest house is a really great start for this advanture and for me it was one of the highlights of our trip. Of course you can find plenty of different types of accomodation in Wadi Musa, but I was looking for typical local experience that is why I booked this place few kilometres from Wadi Musa and it was really great!! The moment we arrived, we met only nice and cool people, the owner Faesal and his family are really lovely people. We spent a lot of time talking about way of living there, about Jordan in general....and of course we received a lot of tips how to make trip to Petra really unforgettable experience... Little bit about house and room itself....we were 3 guys and everything was OK...3 comfortable separate beds, good shower, brekfast in the morning was really good. For me it was interesting to hear when donkeys outside started to communicate with each other...their communication can be really loud sometimes :-) I can not forget to mention that owner of this place Faesal runs also the shop right in front of Treasury in Petra complex!! It was really great to meet him there again, he offered us cup of coffee which was really cool. Petra is a truly special place to visit. In overal...short visit of Petra Magic Guest House for one night was really great part of our trip and I highly recommend it to other travellers. Thank you Faesal for everything, hopefully I can see you again in future.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of mountain, Dana View Guest House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Dana, 27 km from Shobak Castle. Dana is an exceptional place and Malik the host is the best person to tell you all about it. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the nature reserve and is happy to share if you ask. Rooms were quite clean with a really epic view. We also enjoyed the exclusive dining experience of being served food cooked by locals and entertained by malik's stories about Dana and poetry. We would have loved to stay there longer

Offering a garden and mountain view, Ad Deir Guesthouse is set in Wadi Musa, 700 metres from Petra and 4.5 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury. The air conditioner in the room was great after a long day at Petra. The meal we ordered from the owners was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and had a good night of sleep.

Boasting mountain views, 7 Caves Hotel features accommodation with terrace, around 1.2 km from Shobak Castle. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. 7 Caves House is run by the kindest family you would expect. Everyone went out of their way to make us as happy and comfortable as possible. Mohammed, Meqdam and his brother made everything we wished for possible. It was such a unique experience to sleep in a cave. The view on the castle is amazing; really beautiful and tranquil location. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely one of our highlights. We'll definitely be back soon.
