Staff were amazing provided is with some amazing recommendations for dinner and breakfast. We had free cocktail at happy hour and then went off to dinner. Room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We only had an overnight stay in Florence so look forward to staying again.

We got in at night after reception was closed but the host sent over detailed instructions for self check in and was available over WhatsApp. Throughout our stay, she helped us call taxis as the old town area is a restricted car zone so getting a taxi on the street is very difficult. She remained available over WhatsApp at all times of day, and even helped us take a delivery from a shop and had the bag delivered to our room. Our room was really spacious for Florence standards, and we liked the heated towel rack in the bathroom. There were plenty of outlets in the room which is a huge bonus.

Everything it was perfect.,the room the views, the staff, We had been in "superior" hotels, without so many details (tea, coffe, Iron, umbrella,free water bottles..maps, very good restaurant's recomendation..etc..

L'Affittacamere Delfo si trova appena fuori dal centro storico di Pisa, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Pendente. Great location, easy to find and the taxi driver know the place. Bus stop, supermarket is just nearby. And Easy walk to the leaning tower. Great facility and host.

Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)

I thought it was perfect. more like a 5 star hotel than a rental. and the hostess was delightful. we had a horrible delayed flight and she stayed up for us to let us in and showed us around. she couldn’t have been nicer!
