Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. 1. great location, not far from the harbour and close to the train station; 2. room was spacious, with all the needed facilities, inc kettle and it was cleaned daily; 3. breakfast coupon is to be used in the cest bon cafeteria next to the station - croissnt, coffee and orange juice are included; 4. host was super friendly and helpful.

The stuff was very friendly, the room was really clean and all furniture was new, the location was perfect right in the middle of the city, so it was comfortable and convenient to reach out to any location. It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

Everything was perfect, the owner is a very nice and decent lady, easy to communicate with, the room service lady as well was very nice and cheerful, the location is perfect “4 mins away from La Spezia Central Station”.
