We stayed here for 5 wonderful days, what an amazing location. The rooms overlook the sea - in fact, the sea comes under the lodge at night and you go to sleep listening to the gentle waves. It is picture perfect. Each morning you can watch the sunrise from the balcony - it is quite simply stunning. Breakfast was different and delicious every day, we had fried things and fried rice, fresh donuts and other bakery items, nasi lemak and often toast as well. The meals on offer for other times are always freshly cooked and most delicious. The family were very kind to share with us some food on occasion, it was always delicious, they were very kind and welcoming. Udey - the host, can organise a taxi to and from wherever you need at a good price. We caught this taxi to the bus station, with Udeys' brother and father - a lovely and inspirational family. Udeys' brother learnt his English (which was really very good) from watching English movies - namely the BFG. They are part of a family of 10 siblings. There is a couple of small shops in the village which sell toiletries, noodles, biscuits, drinks and bread. The snorkelling is fabulous - you will need to ask Udey where to go - he and his family have been involved in the coral regeneration programs, right infront of the chalet is not good (although we did come across a couple of beautiful starfish) but over to the left and right - a short walk along the beach and the corals are beautiful and plenty of fish. We really enjoyed our 5 days of peace and relaxation, we will definately come again and stay longer next time. Accomodation is simple, rustic but lovely, comfortable bed, simple but adequate and clean bathroom with shower. There is a small kitchen area, with water dispenser, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee. There is rubbish on the beaches although there is a long term clean up plan. To be fair, pretty much everywhere we have travelled including the Maldives has a similar problem these days

El Seladah Stay se encuentra en Kuching, a 6 km del bazar Kuching Waterfront, y ofrece alojamiento con salón compartido, estacionamiento privado gratuito y jardín. Son habitaciones en una casa compartida pero nunca te topas con gente. El anfitrión respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras inquietudes. El ingreso al alojamiento es auto check in muy sencillo. En la casa puedes usar todo: lavadora, microondas, hervidor, cocina, plancha, etc. La habitación están cómodas, silenciosa y el baño preciso. La ubicación, si bien no estás en el centro por Grab es muy fácil de llegar a todas partes y económico. Está ubicado cerca del centro de comida 101 que tiene de todo, lavandería, farmacia, café, restaurante, etc. Recomiendo esté alojamiento. Si volviera a kuching me quedaría acá nuevamente.

El Merdeka Guest House 2 se encuentra en Kuching, a 2,6 km del bazar Kuching Waterfront, y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, wifi gratis y registro de entrada y salida exprés. The host is just from another world. I arrived late (around 22h30) and even though he likes to wake up at 4h30, we kept talking for about half an hour. Then, he goes: "do you want me to show you around?" >> he went on giving me a guided kuching tour in his car. He even wanted to buy me a drink but no shops were open at midnight. Besides this, he would leave traditional sweets for breakfast every day. Legend!!

El Spring Garden está situado en Kampung Kundasang, a 24 km de Ranau, en el monte Kinabalu, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Mr. Lee was very good at communication. His garden is gorgeous. The accommodations exceeded my expectations!

El Nanga Damai Homestay ofrece jardín y terraza y se encuentra en Damai. Cuenta con bar y salón común. El alojamiento ofrece pileta exterior y consigna de equipaje. It's a paradise. Very nice garden and very friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast. Hosts drive you to where you want to be. Very clean.

El Hana Guesthouse Metrocity (Nearby City Centre) ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y balcón en Kuching. También cuenta con pileta privada. room comfortable & clean. aircond all works. toilet working. got washer machine also. tv got Netflix also good. overall good.

Lovely decorated clean apartment in a new built flat with beautiful view on the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. There is even a washing machine. The manager Connie is very friendly & helpful, fast & easy communication. The location is very quiet and peaceful on the top of the hill surrounded by forest, there is a little supermarket in walking distance. For anything else you would need your own vehicle or a short cheap Grab ride into town.
