The landlord was really nice and friendly. . They met us at Zagreb airport even though our flight arrived at nearly midnight and provided us with free airport shuttle to the accommodation. The road is uphill but not as bad as described in other reviews. It's a countryside, folks. We arrived very late but a friendly lady greeted us with a prepared dinner anyway. Included sampling of the local wines. Complete silence outside in the night, we could sleep with open window. Breakfast was okay, but eaten on a terrace with a marvellous view of wineries and the Zagrebian plains. We left with a 6-pack of Pinots and will return when going through Zagreb again.
