The host is amazing as well. We did a late check in and it was no problem for the host, we had our parking space as well. Apartment was super clean, it has air con as well, great sea view! The beach is like 3-4 minutes walk. Going back is a bit uphill walk, but it was no problem at all. Beaches are clean, water is clean, views are amazing, food in restaurants is amazing (bit pricey tho). We will come back again for sure! I recommend this place!

The house is brand new, all furniture and tiles is all brand spanking new! The hosts are keeping the place spotless and they are so lovely people. Accomodation has free parking, and under the house the is like 50 different and all amazing beaches. You can walk from this place Stomarice where the house is located all the way to Brela and Baska Voda or even Makarska! We will for sure come back

The apartment we stayed in was clean, and we had everything that we needed at the premises. The terrace was large, and it had a nice view. Tonka is a kind and hospitable host, and very responsive in communication.

I have never met so friendly host before! Apartment was great 👍🏻 Very comfortable bed! We were sleeping like a baby. The supermarket in a 5 minutes walking. Sea area also close, you should go downstairs around 5 minutes also.

The apartment was new and modern, everything was perfect. Beach is only 5 min walk from apartment, and the best thing was that the host was polite and friendly, and always there when needed.

Located in Baška Voda and only 300 metres from Podluka Beach, Villa Šimović provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We arrived late in the afternoon and the owner of the villa was waiting for us to help with the accommodation and with the private parking close to the villa. Our room was with great terrace with sea view and beautiful scenery for morning tea/coffee or evening drink. The Wi-Fi was excellent in the room. The room was equipped with refrigerator, but glasses, dishes and kettle were in the kitchen on the same floor and used by other guests, too. The towels were regularly changed. The location of the villa was very convenient- close to the beach, open market and other markets and restaurants. There is a beautiful kilometers-long walking path by the sea that connects Bashka Voda with other touristic places. The most important reason for coming again and again to Adriatic Sea is the characteristic smell of the sea, local pines, lavender, rosemary and other flowers that bring back memories from childhood and youth.

Nikolina Plajı'na 500 metre mesafedeki Haus Pehar, Baška Voda'da klimalı odalar sunmaktadır. Podluka Plajı yaklaşık 800 metre, Oseka Plajı yaklaşık 1 km, Mavi Göl ise 28 km uzaklıktadır. Super friendly staff, the apartment was very clean and all details were very well thought through.

The room are spacious and comfortable with new furniture, washroom and shared kitchen and balcony. The Wi Fi works good, with no any interruptions. The host meets guests in person. I did not have any problems to stay in this property. The city Makarska is not big. That is why the guests can reach everything by walk.
