Zapote Tree Inn is located less than 16 minutes from Flores' airport and 4 minutes away from Flores island by boat, located at a privileged point to appreciate sunsets and sunrises overlooking the... After 3 weeks in Guatemala that was definitely the best place to spend our last night. After Party hostels, highways, Tuktuks, gangs of dogs giving concerts and diesel engines running next to us we were spoiled with as silent night a very good dinner - even though we probably were annoying guests with extra requests for salads and fruits and cake and hot chocolate 🙏🙏🙏 we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the welcoming stuff and the helpful advices of our host. Apart from that pick up and retour from and to Flores, the beach around the corner was nice and the endless tracks through the jungle at fantastic - I went for a 26km run all over those pathes in the shade and you mind find some Maya temples - not unearthed yet but they are sticking out of the flat surroundings. Anyways great place go for it 👍

The best about this hostel is people who work there, always extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast are amazing too! I really liked that there's a water and tea available all day long, nice patio to sit and chill and AC in the rooms. Hostel helps with everything including trips and transportation tickets, leaving the backpackfor the day too. I enjoyed staying there a lot!

Hostal Don Cenobio features views of the mountains in Flores. This property also provides guests with a terrace. Rodrigo and his colleagues were the most welcoming people and amazing hosts ! We felt at home from the very beginning and they gave us great tips about Flores. We had great and funny conversations ! The view on the terrace is just amazing and they did well with decorating the place. They offer nice breakfasts on the terrace and the beds in the dorms are comfortable. It's the perfect place if you are looking for a well located, quiet place with great hosts who give you tips about Flores. We just loved it !
