Zapote Tree Inn is located less than 16 minutes from Flores' airport and 4 minutes away from Flores island by boat, located at a privileged point to appreciate sunsets and sunrises overlooking the... After 3 weeks in Guatemala that was definitely the best place to spend our last night. After Party hostels, highways, Tuktuks, gangs of dogs giving concerts and diesel engines running next to us we were spoiled with as silent night a very good dinner - even though we probably were annoying guests with extra requests for salads and fruits and cake and hot chocolate 🙏🙏🙏 we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the welcoming stuff and the helpful advices of our host. Apart from that pick up and retour from and to Flores, the beach around the corner was nice and the endless tracks through the jungle at fantastic - I went for a 26km run all over those pathes in the shade and you mind find some Maya temples - not unearthed yet but they are sticking out of the flat surroundings. Anyways great place go for it 👍

The breakfast are amazing too! I really liked that there's a water and tea available all day long, nice patio to sit and chill and AC in the rooms. Hostel helps with everything including trips and transportation tickets, leaving the backpackfor the day too. I enjoyed staying there a lot!

They invited me to see it as my other home, even after I checked out, they let me use their bathroom and refill water. The room is a twin room, so I only needed to share room with another person. The bathroom is really clean, and there was hot water. They even provided towel, soap, and a pack of shampoo! They also sell a lot of shuttle services, and tours. For the tour to Tikal with guide, from what I heard, the price is really great (Q 130 2023/04/06)
