I stayed here on a business trip on my own. Excellent breakfast everyday at 7am. Room clean, smart and comfortable. Wifi good. Lovely old house with original features. The Huntsman Inn is a wonderful place to stay. It's located just outside Holmfirth town center with incredible views of the Moors. The rooms are nicely decorated & spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The food & service in the restaurant was outstanding but the best thing about this Inn, is the staff. Everyone there was so friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend The Huntsman Inn for a first class stay in Holmfirth!

We arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight and were greeted with a warm smile and a key to our room which had been upgraded. That was quickly followed up with a lovely breakfast and beer. The grounds and view was so beautiful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We slept with the window open and there was zero noise from the street... so peaceful. I will absolutely stay here for future visits to this area.
