The location of the guest house was a bit off grid, but it was such a beautiful walk through the castle grounds that it didnt matter. The host Marina is such a wonderful person. She made us fell right at home. I ended up hugging her when we left. My wife and I are heavy metal fans, so we look like we are bad people to those who dont know us. Marina didnt care and treated us like we were family. I would recommend Woodside Guest House to any one who comes to Stornoway.

This peaceful, 5 Star rated (by Visit Scotland), B&B has beautiful views over Loch Kindebig and is 5 minutes from Tarbet Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi and breakfasts made with local produce.

Ceol na Mara is well located for exploring the Isle of Harris and Isle of Lewis. Stornoway is a 45-minute drive away and Luskentyre Beach is 20 minutes by car. Fabulous accommodation with stunning views. Jane and Dave are wonderful hosts, so welcoming and homely. Bedroom was perfect and beautiful sitting room with lovely touches including an honesty bar.

The Park Guest House is in Stornoway, It is just 3 minutes' walk to the town centre. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

The nearest airport is Stornoway Airport, 3 km from The Park Guest House. The room was wonderful, nicely decorated and comfortable.

Offering elegant and modern accommodation on the idyllic Isle of Lewis, Borve House Hotel features luxurious rooms and offers good food. On the West coast of the Isle of Lewis, the house provides free WiFi access throughout the hotel. Staff was fantastic. Meals were delicious. They did our laundry for us and followed all our very specific requests. :-) We were in Scotland for 17 days and this was our favorite location out of 8 locations. We wished we were staying there longer.

The spacious rooms feature bare wooden floors and large windows. All have an LCD TV and many offer views of Sandwick Bay. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom, and all offer tea and coffee facilities. A charming couple with a beautiful snuggly Siam cat "Cinamon", that can't get enough cuddles. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even drove us to the ferry on the last day. From your window you are able to see seals and if you are lucky dolphins. The facilities are quite old, but if that is not a big issue for you, this is a very nice location.

The Sandy Pod is situated in Stornoway. With free private parking, the property is 30 km from Callanish Standing Stones and 4.3 km from Museum Nan Eilean. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house.
