The room has everything you need and more. The breakfast is delicious and wonderfully presented. Everything has been thought of. It was an amazing stay and I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night.

This stay was a highlight of our tour through Scotland.

The Sandy Pod is situated in Stornoway. With free private parking, the property is 30 km from Callanish Standing Stones and 4.3 km from Museum Nan Eilean. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house. Stayed here for 2 nights in April 2024. Absolutely loved it. The pod is very modern and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for self catering. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely view from the pod overlooking the sea. The host left a complementary bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water and some lovely biscuits as a welcome gift. The location was great very near to town centre. It was great value for money too. I would totally recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

This peaceful, 5 Star rated (by Visit Scotland), B&B has beautiful views over Loch Kindebig and is 5 minutes from Tarbet Ferry Terminal. It offers free Wi-Fi and breakfasts made with local produce.

Ceol na Mara is well located for exploring the Isle of Harris and Isle of Lewis. Stornoway is a 45-minute drive away and Luskentyre Beach is 20 minutes by car. Everything was perfect ! Jane and Dave are very welcoming and gentle. The room was perfect ! The private bathroom outside the room is just in front of the room in a calm part of the house. As arrived a little late to go out for diner. Jane indicated me that a little set to have a little bite with my food was available. And a mini bar is available in the commun area with different kind of drinks (price very ok) and with Harris gin ! A very nice attention with a little jar of whisky of the day is waiting for you in your room. All the commun area were very Cosy. the bed is like a cloud. And the breakfast is incredibly wonderfully tasty and freshly cooked. And the view !! If yo got lost with your gps, use the localisation from booking it is the good one. Jane has plenty of really good tips to give on the island.

The nearest airport is Stornoway Airport, 3 km from The Park Guest House. The room was wonderful, nicely decorated and comfortable.

The rooms have a TV. You will find a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Each room has a shared bathroom. Our host Alison was everything and more we could've asked for during our stay on Lewis. Nothing was too much hassle and her home has a lovely feeling about it. The beach close by is very idyllic as well!

The spacious rooms feature bare wooden floors and large windows. All have an LCD TV and many offer views of Sandwick Bay. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom, and all offer tea and coffee facilities. Perfect location to get the morning ferry. Take away breakfast offered. Nice staff. Very good bedroom with small mirror and spotless shared bathroom. It's better than I was expecting for the price I paid.
