Situated in Jedburgh, the recently renovated Meadhon Guest House features accommodation 22 km from Melrose Abbey and 43 km from Etal Castle. Such friendly lovely hosts. Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

Set within 15 acres of rural woodland and gardens, this guest house is 1.5 miles from the centre of Jedburgh. Hundalee House has free WiFi and eggs from resident hens are served in the mornings. Very efficient friendly bed and breakfast. Lovely airy room, great breakfast. Beautiful gardens. Lovely walk up the back road past the Byrne into the top of Jedburgh by the old jail.

A large, 4-star modern house set on an elevated site in an acre of landscaped gardens, Glede Knowe Guest House has free Wi-Fi, an outside patio area and hearty Scottish breakfasts. The room was very nice and the breakfast was exceptional. Guy was an excellent host.

Built in 1857, this guest house started life as a Royal Bank of Scotland building. This guest house was lovely. The room is large and has two very comfortable chairs. This is the best bed we have slept in over the course of this 3 week vacation. It is quiet, and I slept like a contented baby! The town of Hawick is very charming, also.

Heatherlie House Hotel is an elegant Victorian mansion set in 2 acres of wooded grounds. Located in the scenic border region of Scotland, the hotel has ample parking. Everything. The staff were lovely couldn't do enough for everyone. Food was excellent bed's very comfy plenty hot water..Gordon did a great job behind the bar and serving us dinner. Everything was perfect

Set in a grand Georgian house and landscaped gardens, Allerton House offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and cooked breakfasts. The pretty town centre of Jedburgh is a 5-minute walk away. Excellent location just a short walk from the stunning centre of Jedburgh. Great hosts (including the dog) and an excellent breakfast!

Complete with a garden, Auld Skuil is set in Ashkirk, 22 km from Melrose Abbey and 33 km from Traquair House. Host meet us at Auld Skuil, very welcoming, even offered us the option to pack Motorbike in Barn across road. We were very happy with accommodation, it was spotlessly clean, had every comfort needed for our mini break, even had a selection of breakfast cereal options, fruit, teas, coffee and milk in property. This home provided us with a place to just chill, relax and de-stress, nearby local restaurant The Smiddy, serviced very nice food at good prices, we would defiantly recommend this property to our friends and relatives

Set in Melrose in the Borders region, Fauhope Country House features a patio. This 5-star guest house offers a garden. lovely proprietors, beautifully furnished, great location

Housed in a historic building, Inglestone House Guest House offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi in Kelso, 37 km from The Maltings Theatre & Cinema. We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming greeting, We had an excellent room (1), it was well appointed and very clean. Bathroom was neat and tidy, the heating was on and the room was cosy on a cold and wet day. Breakfast was excellent, porridge if you wanted it too!

Green Hope nestles in the quiet seclusion of the Whiteadder river valley in the Scottish borders. Once a traditional stone built cottage, now thoroughly modernised and very spacious and comfortable. Truly loved my stay here. It's in such a relaxing location! The unit itself was spacious and well appointed, comfortable and calm. The hosts and their family were some of the kindest people I've met and they went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed. 🥰 The river and the walk along the river were so peaceful -- exactly what I needed for my solo retreat. In addition to the spacious flat, there is also a lovely cabin overlooking the river and a cute little summer house that guests are allowed to use (on a first come first served basis, but I never had to wait for a turn.) An absolutely wonderful place and one I hope to return to! Also, the Scottish Borders are beautiful in every way and worthy of a visit!
