The room was very comfortable and clean, we found a nice jar of cookies, some fresh milk, tea and coffee, and water waiting for us! The attention to details was amazing! There were also new slippers and very soft towels. We had a private bathroom, just outside our room, with soap, hand moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. In the room there was also a sink, again with soap and hand moisturiser. Everything was simply perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! The view from the window was also very nice.

Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Every room was different and extremely clean, and anytime I thought I needed something it was right at hand. All the restaurants were nearby to walk to. The nearby park for kids was perfect. The cheerful owner had a fluffy companion that we got to cuddle. This home would be a great place to stay for several days.

Set in a grand Victorian house, the elegant bedrooms at Braidmead are individually decorated and each has a private bathroom. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and a cosy seating area. The hotel is a beautiful building, with a lovely shared lounge and honesty bar. After excellent communication with Diane before our arrival, we were warmly greeted by James, who provided us with very good recommendations for local meals and services. Location is very convenient. Our room (deluxe double) was large, with a big, comfortable bed, an armchair, and a loveseat by the bay window. Parking is available right at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. 😊

This Victorian guest house is set just 15 minutes’ walk from the seafront, and free public parking is possible on site and all around the property. Excellent gem. Clean, quiet and hosts were lovely. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend.
