Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. The hostel is lovely, very cute with plenty of space. The owner is awesome, the curtained beds are fantastic, the bathroom was always clean, the location is good, and breakfast was solid (especially when their was homemade cake!).

Sparkling clean and great roomservice, I have been in many 5 star hotels an this is the cleanest I have seen. Location great, breakfast excellent. Good value and I recommend.

Excellent room, clean, air con. Nice shower and excellent quality furnishings and linen. The pool and seating are private and enjoyable. The hot tub was hot ! And high quality. The breakfast had alot of choices. Secure onsite parking, just below our room. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating.

The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.
