Located 300 metres from Playa Grande de Coral beach and from the main square, Hotel Sula Sula offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with private bathrooms in Puerto Villamil. Best accommodation we had while traveling the Galapagos islands. Very clean, big rooms with really good AC. The staff is very attentive and helpful in all matters.

At the beginning shows up a few issues but Miss Guerrero offer us very fast solution. Very spacious place, full equipped kitchen and with filtered hot/cold water dispenser... The staff from the Tour Operator who runs the place went beyond service offering us excellent tours deals and bikes for rent and transfer out to the very early ferry too. We tried the apartment for up to 4 persons with a very low average price per night per person.

Hotel StarFish is located in Puerto Villamil, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Free WiFi access is available. Each spacious room here will provide you with bed linen and air conditioning. The room was so nice and clean, the staff was very accommodating, the location was great. Would definitely stay there again.

They care a lot about you and go out of their way to help you. We had issues with a tour agency that sold us non-existing ferry tickets and the staff from Gladys Mar was incredibly helpful. They called the agency multiple times as well as the ferry operators to confirm if we have existing reservations. As it was not the case they booked us new ferries and even went with us to the tourism ministery to ask how we can get our money back from the agency and they helped us make a complaint on the ministery's website about the agency. Super nice and helpful people, highly recommend!
