I loved this guesthouse so much I changed my travel plans so I could stay longer. It’s one of my favourite stays ever - and I travel a lot. The building is gorgeous, and is beautifully and interestingly decorated with a multitude of special touches. Adam the owner, is helpful and pleasant and went out of his way to make my stay special. there are bikes to rent, and the cutest little movie theater (smallest in Denmark) on the property and guest can go for free. The yard is perfect place to sit on a sunny day and the house is comfortable and stylish. Cant recommend enough. Loved my stay.

Das im April 2013 eröffnete Aroma Guesthouse begrüßt Sie im Zentrum von Ærøskøbing auf der Insel Ærø. It is difficult to put into words the amazing experience we had. This was our stay for three says and made us feel super comfortable, the place has it all to arrive and have some tea or if you don´t feel like going out make some instantaneous ramen. But, if you see the restaurant downstairs open, it is a must, enjoy the comfort food and an ice-cream made by this precious person, I won´t get tired of saying the Landlady is a piece of gold.

The rooms are spacious and airy, and the grounds and views over Aero and the ocean are spectacular. We fell asleep to rain on the thatch and woke up to sheep. So peaceful. The breakfast was beautifully arranged, and we took advantage of the garden to relax and watch the ocean.
