I enjoyed my stay in this small eco-hotel incredibly. I was there two weekends in a row. Breakfast and the fish for dinner were incredibly delicious. The room, as well as the whole eco-hotel, is simple but incredibly cosy, quiet (until the day tourists arrive with the boats in the afternoon). If you stay overnight, it will be quiet again when they leave around 4-5 pm. Every morning, they brought my coffee upstairs to the balcony. You have a great view over the sea from the balcony. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I would go back anytime and then for longer. *Tip for arriving and leaving Playa Blanca from Cartagena: right in front of the hotel will the tour boats arrive in the morning and leaf back to Cartagena in the afternoon.

We absolutely loved this spot. It's a bit further down the beach from the playa Blanca entrance so much more quiet. Free chairs and loungers. It was incredible going to sleep hearing the wAves and waking up with the ocean only a few metreS away. We also walked to the lagoon and saw amazing bioluminescence. Mono and his wife Vanessa were wonderful hosts. We would definitely come back.

Mi Cabañita Guest House ligt in Playa Blanca en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Sommige units hebben een eethoek en/of een balkon. This place was a real treat for me: the house is quite small, completely made on wood and hanging over the blue water, and just very cosy to be inside of. The hosts, Dianis and Macarena, are absolutely lovely :) For people to know, the WC facilities are quite basic (which totally didn't bother me): flushing is made with a water bucket and there's one shower without warm water (which is generally not needed under the caribbean heat). The breakfast is delicious, with a fair portion and quite diversed.

Hostal El Nido del Azulejo heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Barú. Een aantal units bij de accommodatie hebben een balkon met zeezicht. The facilities are incredible for trips, it has several facilities, very attentive, really a great family, I had never been in a place where they provided kayaks. Incredible experience, the only thing is that it is a little far from the beach but nothing in a car no solutions.

SUNSET BEACH ligt aan het strand in Playa Blanca, op een paar minuten lopen van Playa Blanca, en is voorzien van diverse voorzieningen, zoals een terras, een restaurant en een bar. Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.

Playa Tortuga Cabaña heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Playa Blanca. De accommodatie biedt roomservice, een 24-uursreceptie en geldwisselservice voor gasten. The staff was super nice, Carlos is a good guest and he provide us food and utilities that we needed, super kind, and also de owner Daiber was so kind with us. Is a basic room but is in front of the beach, you sleep with the sound of the waves, so healthy and nice. I would recommend the night here for y'all

Nuestros Tres Tesoros II ligt in Playa Blanca, op een paar minuten lopen van Playa Blanca, en biedt accommodatie aan het strand en diverse voorzieningen, zoals een privéstrand. Really lovely stay by the beach. Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish.
