Everything was perfect: the charming location in the lovely village, the room was large and comfortable. We had a good Chinese breakfast in our wooden room. The owner helped us in all our requests and gave us very good suggestions. I strongly recommend a stay at Lost World !

Junshe Boutique Guest House býður upp á þægileg gistirými í Guilin, þægilega staðsett í aðeins 1 km fjarlægð frá Seven Star Park. Great guest house and extraordinary friendly host family. We enjoyed staying there and hope to come back one day. Everything was perfect.

Baike Boutique Hotel er staðsett í Longji Rice Terraces og býður upp á veitingastað. Flest herbergin eru með einkasvalir með töfrandi útsýni yfir veröndina. Amazing view and very helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was also quite nice. A beautiful place to stay!

The Giggling Tree er einstakt gistihús sem er staðsett í litla þorpinu Little Mountain Gate, aðeins 5 km frá Yangshuo. Það býður upp á hefðbundin bóndabæi, fallegan húsgarð og útisundlaug. The Giggling hotel has great location at the Yulong river. we rented electric scooters to ride along this river. you can also ride to Yangshuo downtown. Kids like the outside swimming pools a lot. they swim twice a day. the large one is 1,40m deep. food is excellent and affordable (chinese and western). kids like the french fries with self made chicken nuggets a lot, we ate other chinese food, all very delicious (salads, eggplant, lemon chicken etc). Employees are very friendly and help with everything. Large rooms have good airconditiing, large comfortable beds (with mosquito nets if needed) and bathrooms are large and very comfortable and stylish. we also took taxi to Guilin (sevenstars park and downtown) and ofcourse we also went to ride boat on the Li river and to dazhai longji rice terraces. Swimming pool was a big suprise and big PLUS.

Zen Box House er staðsett í Jiuxian Village, 9 km frá miðbæ Yangshuo, og býður upp á veitingastað og ókeypis reiðhjól. Loved the laid back vibe of the village and the hotel. I was after a retreat from the city and that’s exactly what I got, didn’t want to leave! 老张 is very hospitable - always checking if you’re hungry and then will whip something up in the kitchen. Another guest that arrived said they wanted to hike some of the nearby hills so 老张 was like, ‘let’s go!’ and took us - the entrance is through someone else’s kitchen/back garden so we’d never have got access ourselves. He also mentioned he could take us to places to swim, climb etc. Really love the village atmosphere, everyone knows each other and knows the secret routes/best food spots. Reminded me of my rural village community in the UK. I was able to borrow 老张‘s road bike and cycled to the river to catch one of the rafts, it’s about a ~30min leisurely cycle to get there. There are cycle/foot paths along the river too, so another nice way to experience the scenery. The hotel itself is very quaint. I had one of the Japanese style single rooms and was very happy there, it looks exactly like the picture. They will pre-heat the bed for you in the colder months, nice touch! Water, tissues, towel etc all provided. The toilets and showers are just downstairs, a 10 second walk, and are very pleasant. The toilets are the Japanese ones with heated seats etc. The other helper is also lovely, and she packed my rucksack with fresh pomelo when I set off for my cycle excursion. They grow pomelo etc. beside the house, and also have chickens so eggs fresh too. Loved the rooftop, very zen and great view over the hills. They also have some friendly cats. Will 100% return.

The inn is very nice and the staff was really helpful. The owner speaks English which is quite handy. It is possible to have dinner and breakfast there which are also quite good. The hotel is located on the left bank of the river, this is very good to start hiking but be aware that the last boat from the town centre is around 7pm, so it is hard to stay longer in the town center

Rural area, away from crowd. Great location to enjoy the nature. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel restaurant Luna has very nice menu of Asian Italian dishes and everything we tried was excellent. Hotel Manager Gloria helped to book very good tours around.
