I could tell he was genuinely caring person for all travellers. - very clean, cozy bedding -good size room - free coffee and snacks in the morning (almost as good as full breakfast for some hotel) - good value

Hostal América wordt beheerd door de eigenaren en is gevestigd in een gloednieuw gebouw in mediterrane stijl in Puerto Natales. The people who work at Hostal America are so lovely and helpful! They let us leave our bags for no fee while we did the w trail in Torres del Paine. They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable. It is also quiet and very close to the bus station, with the town center just a 10 min walk away.

Arturo made us feel welcome from the very start, he was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering recommendation’s in the local area and booking us a taxi to the airport. Our room was nice with very comfortable beds (and a kettle in the room) and the accommodation was gated and so it felt very secure. The communal area was spacious with a nice view of the sea, and fast 5G wifi. The breakfast was also exceptional for a free hostel breakfast, with plenty of choice, included eggs on request. We felt like this hostel was really good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Als je goed te been bent is dit een ideale uitvalsbasis aangezien het op korte afstand van de stad ligt (15 min wandelen). Alles was super schoon en de kamer was ruim. De gastheer en vrouw verzorgden het ontbijt, heel leuk!
