The location is a bit away from the center but it's quiet because of it. We stayed right after the Chrismas so the inside of the place was decorated and we felt like we were at home:) Breakfast was nice and had enough variety!

We had to go to the airport in the morning which was only 7 minutes away. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Carlos, the owner was very careful to ask what we liked and went above and beyond

I could tell he was genuinely caring person for all travellers. - very clean, cozy bedding -good size room - free coffee and snacks in the morning (almost as good as full breakfast for some hotel) - good value

Hostal América er glæný bygging í Miðjarðarhafsstíl í Puerto Natales og er rekin af eigendum þess. The people who work at Hostal America are so lovely and helpful! They let us leave our bags for no fee while we did the w trail in Torres del Paine. They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable. It is also quiet and very close to the bus station, with the town center just a 10 min walk away.

Arturo made us feel welcome from the very start, he was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering recommendation’s in the local area and booking us a taxi to the airport. Our room was nice with very comfortable beds (and a kettle in the room) and the accommodation was gated and so it felt very secure. The communal area was spacious with a nice view of the sea, and fast 5G wifi. The breakfast was also exceptional for a free hostel breakfast, with plenty of choice, included eggs on request. We felt like this hostel was really good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Everything was perfect. Pedro was really nice. Everything was really clean. Everything were super organised. And the bed was confortable. Also the breakfast were more than enough.
