Sust Lodge am Gotthard is located in Hospental amid the Swiss Alps and is reachable all year round by public transport. I arrived late and the hotel was thankfully very accommodating to my late check-in. The breakfast is perfect: filter coffee, DIY cooked eggs, fresh bread, real birchner muesli. Highly recommended.

Dette innbydende lavprishotellet har en beleilig beliggenhet, bare 5 minutters kjøring unna vintersportsstedet Andermatt og bare 1 minutt fra jernbanestasjonen og Gotthard-tunnelen. Very friendly owner, who just wants the best for his guests. Breakfast was excellent, the beds were much better than expected! The family room was clean and quite big. And the surroundings: just WOW! If you're there, make sure to drive to Göscheneralpsee Staudamm: it's only a 10 minute drive from the hotel and the scenery is just STUNNING!
