Located 1 km away from Lucerne, Gasthaus zur Waldegg features 2 restaurants offering traditional Swiss and international cuisine, a bar and a beer garden overlooking Mount Pilatus. Got 2 lovely family rooms nxt to each other and had everything we needed and so comfortable bed lovely too, breakfast great and so helpful , great food was booked out last night but would have loved to have eaten all nights there.

Dette gjestgiveriet i Meggen gir utsikt over Vierwaldstättersee og Alpene, og ligger bare 6 kilometer fra Luzern. The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

Attention to detail is magical. Sandra has thought of everything for your stay. Slept really good, especially with the magical cooling blankets. Location is lovely and the town beautifuly set. Water at the lake is clear and crisp. Locals and all enjoy a swim.

Family-run for over 350 years, this traditional country hotel in Triengen is 8 km from Sursee and 30 km from Lucerne. Each room has a balcony and offers free Wi-Fi. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is not untill 9am but when requested they arranged really good breakfast as “self service”. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV. Nice simple room with a big meadow in front (e.g. for kids to run safely).

The Garni-Hotel Frohburg enjoys a quiet, lakeside location in the centre of Weggis. All rooms have a balcony facing the lake, and WiFi is provided for free. We were offered to stay at Hotel Central am See and again in an upgraded room with a full lake view in front of us (including the bathroom). And the breakfast was marvellous including a fresh cooked egg as per our wish!
