There is a shared balcony and an equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, plates, cups, glasses)... The cupboards are full of snacks and the fridge is full of juices, beer, water, yogurt, ice cream, and all of it costs only 1 CHF. In the fridge you have your own container for things, and if that's not enough, you can ask for more. You also have a closet in the dining room with a key where you can keep your things. The bathroom is fully equiped (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear cleaning sticks, wet wipes, dental floss, hair dryer)... What particularly surprised us is that when you check in, you get a card with your basic information on it, and with that card you have a discount on a very large number of the attractions you'd like to see. The location is simply breathtaking, there's lots of extraordinary locations to visit, and many of them were in a close vicinty of our accommdation. If you want to experience Switzerland, come to Brienz!

Situated in the scenic village of Stechelberg in the Bernese Oberland, The Alpenhof is a simple mountain house with basic facilities and offers budget accommodation, free private parking and a 'pause'... we loved everything. the staff, the location, the view and the simplicity of the accommodation. everything was clearly marked. the kitchen has everything you might need to prepare your food. just make sure you have 1 swiss franc coin for the showers. we absolutely loved every minute of our stay and already planning our next visit.

Amazing hosts! Theodore and Beatrice prepared breakfast extra early upon request and helped arrange a ride for me to the Niesenlauf race. They were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly.

Niewielki i zaciszny hotel Alpenblick mieści się w tradycyjnym alpejskim budynku położonym w miejscowości Mürren. Z jego okien można podziwiać widok na góry Eiger, Mönch i Jungfrau. Staff was phenomenal. We felt very welcome and the room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was also great.
