The hostess - aunt Stefie, was very kind and polite. Interior was quite unique and interesting, everything was clean, Wi-Fi was excellent, parking nearby was relatively easy. There is coffee maker in the bar/lounge area, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen. You can sit in the yard and enjoy a drink and/or a meal.

We were greeted by the owner and shown to our room. The room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. When we checked out they sent us on our way with some fresh banitza which was lovely.

Good location with great views of the local nesting stork’s. Highly recommend.

The setting in a quiet village near Bansko, the mineral pool which was fabulous and the owner Voika who was so kind. The room was basic and the bathroom a little tight but for the amount of time I spent there it didn’t matter too much. The pool is fed by a hot mineral spring so is always hot no matter the season. This is also a restaurant so you can eat heartily there too. Voika has no English so you’ll need to rely on Google translate to communicate.

Nice location, not far from the centre. The room was very clean with nice and new furnishings. There was also a nice little garden, shared kitchen and barbecue options.

Situated in Ognyanovo, GRAFFIT Luxury houses features a garden and terrace. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the... Spectacular place. Set up, views, food, accommodations you name- just perfect. But the host is the gem of this place. Warm mineral water infinity pool, rooms are Sparkling. We will be back for sure while visiting the country

Absolutely loved the location and the host family. The village is beautiful, and the family was very kind and welcoming. We had a great time exploring the village and getting to know the host and her family. She was very knowledgable about the area and gave great recommendations and some local history. Her english is perfect, and she was very communicative beforehand with instructions on where to park, and how to find the property.

It was our third one-night stay at Elitsa. Extremely convenient as a stopover on our way to/back from Greece. We were amazed at the quiet whereabouts, the cleanliness and good quality of furniture, fixtures and implements.
