Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Very friendly stuff. Place feels like home, it’s clean and quite. Walk to old town and city centre takes only 15-20 minute walk. Beach is close as well. Blonde girl who works here is the best receptionist ever. 10/10

Plenty of parking places. The reception man was great - Stephan- very very helpful and nice. Great view to the sea .

Free WiFi is provided in all areas. wonderful apartment, only a few meters from car park, but also right next to old ruins in town. ground floor so it’s great if you have luggage. the room itself is beautiful, ancient ceilings with modern amenities. wish we could’ve stayed longer.

There was a free parking spot close by and the location was easy to reach by car. The bus stop is just across the street and the busses to the old town leave every 10-20 minutes and costs 2€ (cash). The host was nice and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived and made sure we knew how to use the public transportation. The air condition and basic amenities worked well. Great place to crash for a night or two when visiting Dubrovnik.
