William, Premrose and Angie went beyond and above to make our stay a wonderful experience. From the perfect coffee, fruit salad in the morning, recommendations, early check-in and to top it off: the wonderful homemade dinner surrounded by candles. You can feel that this is a place where they do care about their guests. The location is amazing as well and the view is mind-blowing (we just stared at the ocean for hours) Would highly recommend it to couples especially.

The view was breathtaking, has 10/10 sunrise view overlooking False Bay. Short drive or walk to Boulders Beach where the penguins hang out. The room was well equipped and well maintained. The house has a vintage rustic charm to it, cute and cozy. Has indoor pool. Breakfast was superb! Only a 45-minute drive to the airport. Many thanks to Carmen and Lance for being the best hosts, they were very attentive and helpful during our entire stay. Always there when we needed help. Overall, we had an amazing stay and have happy memories in A Boat House. Can highly recommend this place :)

The location and the view from the room were amazing. We saw an amazing sunrise while still in our bed and also a great for seeing the brilliant night sky (we were lucky with the weather on one day). Gillian was an amazing host and the morning breakfast prepared by her was so great! She also gave us great recommendations about things to do in and around town.

Absolutely excellent breakfast wonderfully prepared by a very kind and helpful employee (Nikkita- she is absolutely wonderful!) great view from the room - overlooking the ocean, beautifully decorated rooms, spotlessly clean. I wish we could have stayed forever. One of the best stays during our entire trip.

This establishment is very centrally located in Simons Town is a very safe area. We had a beautify sea view apartment with two bedrooms and a large full bathroom with shower and bath tub. We could park our car on street level without any worries. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and luxurious. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate our need to store our luggage for two nights between stays. They even do the dishes for us. We can definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again when we go to Simons Town.
