Where to start? Stayed in the Presidential Suite which was perfect. Large comfy bed, kitchen, big shower, private spa pool on the balcony over looking the valley. There seriously is nothing more you could wish for in a place to stay. Staff and owners were welcoming and friendly. In terms of overcoming water and electricity shortages there is nothing they haven't done to manage. Water tanks and battery power supplies mean everything operates in business as usual.

The accommodation offered a variety of dry cereals, rusks, coffee, cappuccino, fresh milk, yogurt and even canned cool drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruits as well. It also had a coffee machine! I have been to many 5 star hotels and b&b, i would say the attention to detail, comfort, lighting and cleanliness is of that standard. The bathroom had a variety of shampoos and body washes.. clean towels We were also given new bottles of Detol, Sanitizer, mouth wash, ear buds, lotion and plasters (which we needed but did not pack). Various outlets to plug in phones and it also had USB ports at the night stand for those of us that usually forget a two pin plug. You can confidently go this guest house and find that everything you may need is already there. The host was extremely accommodating he communicated with me throughout our stay and even suggested areas nearby to eat. If i ever visit Krugersdorp again, this is the only place i will stay at.

Felt like home from the minute I entered. The onboarding process was very smooth with all the steps clearly laid out to enter the estate and the guest house. Wonderful conversation with the family, delicious breakfast, thoughtful snacks, elegant interior design. Su is also very kind and helpful. Great location away from Joberg and closer to several well maintained hikes. It's everything you would expect from a well run family guest house and more.

I loved everything about the place. Yes, the outside makes you worry a little on arrival. But, as a solo female traveller,the apartment and parking are safe. The host is so kind and so thoughtful. Theres a variety of shower gels and even shampoo and bubble bath.I was just amazed but the thought behind the breakfast cereal provisions, multiple coffee and tea provisions. These are so perfect for people travelling for work. I also have to compliment the host not just for being thoughtful but also accomodating.
