The 1830 building is filled with period furniture and modern amenities; which allows one to experience a working orchard in a luxurious and verdant setting. The lawns and gardens surrounding the property are beautifully maintained; and a swimming pool with a covered Turkish loggia was a pleasant surprise. Our hostess, Corna was delightful, helpful and presented us with wonderful breakfasts served outdoors on the terrace overlooking the rose garden, orchards and mountains beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience in the wine lands; and we will certainly return with family and friends in tow.
