The aesthetic and practical attantion to all details (from the design and placing of things in the shared kitchen to the coloring of the walls) creates a very pleasant atmosphere - fitting the very pleasant owner. This is true also to the room where i stayed - compact but well designed, both practically and aesthetically (including the desk, chair, place for stuff, bed-light, bathroom design etc). it was much more pleasant and comfortable than many much bigger rooms in other places.
