Great place! 5-7 min of driving from Chiang Dao main street, and also from the famous Chiang Dao cave. All rooms here are technically houses, each of them has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom (even with a bathtub)! Houses are spacey and clean. Owners are super friendly! I highly recommend this place for anyone who's looking for an accommodation in Chiang Dao, it's not expensive and really awesome. I'll definitely stay here again during my next visit.
