Also, the delightful owner, Jay, advised me that they will refill water bottles, something I wish all guesthouses did. Quiet, clean and comfortable - a real delight and oasis when I’m passing through Bangkok.

We LOVED this hotel! The property was beautiful and quaint. We loved how it felt so small and personal. The room was amazing as well as the cute lobby area where we’d have breakfast. The hosts were friendly and communication was easy. Great location close to the metro with lots of food options and massage places nearby (and a 7-21 for snacks). Ideal for travellers who want privacy and don’t want to stay in the tourist pockets. Excellent value.
