My family and I really liked this place. We’ve been there for 5 days on new year holidays. It’s very clean and spacious. Frank and Ann were very friendly to us. It was interesting to speak with Frank about everything)) Ann organized for us great trip to ethical elephant park and was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with tasty omelet and toasts. Location is very good. It’s not far from Kamala beach (about 5 minutes), its windows look at the silent backyard so there wasn’t any noise. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Amazing location in Kamala. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. Close to many restaurants, shops and spas and easy beach access. Amazing value and comfort. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Big king size bed in our room.

Clean, hair dryer in the room, tea/coffee, shampoo and shower gel. Just in front of hotel u have table with tour options, new laundry next to it, and scooters rent as well

The room was beautiful, and clean. It had a modern fancy style but still felt beachy. I believe I got more than my money's worth.

What a fantastic place to stay Sofia, Tuk and the staff bent over backwards with any requests that we had, all we can say that if your looking for a place near the beach as staff that go beyond your requests this is your place to stay! we will be back next year to stay at Dengs thank you to Sofia and your staff!

We had a beautiful room with private terrace and a kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Our host was very kind and the property is in an excellent location close to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I was skeptical booking here with some of the 1 ratings, but had few choices. My first room was NOT good at all. The refrigerator didn’t work and the AC was blowing but hardly cool. The hotel was responsive and moved me to a much better room in another building with everything working. Sometimes there is housekeeping service.
