We loved our stay in this beautiful residence, less than 2 minutes walk from the best beach in Mahe, Beau Vallon. Niko, the owner, is a darling. He welcomed us with fresh juices and great stories about the island. Even though we arrived early, he was generous with us and let us have the room right away. We also got avocados, bananas, mangoes and passion fruits from Niko's garden. The apartment is modern, clean, well equipped and has great views over Beau Vallon. There is a large terrace on the top floor for guests to use. The area is very safe and there are many good restaurants nearby. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, Niko!

1) The host Erika is SUPER responsive, helpful, and kind. She helps me with booking tours and airport pickup/dropoff car with very reasonable prices, gives me a bus card to use even after I check out (they are booked out for rest of my stay so I had to move), and is ready to help anytime. Eddy her husband is really nice too. I feel great about contributing to the local economy by staying at this family-run B&B instead of international hotel chains. 2) The location is ideal, Beau Vallon Beach and Mike's Store (convenience store) are just down the road (very hard to find convenience stores in Seychelles, so being close to one is a huge plus), also walking distance to bus stop, bars, restos in central Beau Vallon. 3) The photos on their page don't do them justice. The room is super clean, spacious, modern, with amazing balcony views overlooking the ocean and trees. Very quiet at night. 4) Many B&B's here have dogs on the premises, and they bark a lot at night, but this one doesn't have dogs, so that's another plus for people who are allergic to pets or are light sleepers. Highly recommend this place especially if you aren't renting a car. Mahe island is very very hard to get around without a rental car, and taxis are hard to book and expensive, so staying in a central location within walking distance of things is important. Also, don't stay in Victoria, the town is dead after 4pm and far from the beach.

Unparalleled beachfront location. All amenities close by including supermarket, money changer and dining options. Local fishermen next door who will cook the catch of the day for a reasonable price. Pizza place on the opposite side also recommended. Well equipped villa and position affords exceptional views at all times of the day. Simply the best value place to stay on the beach at Beau Vallon. I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness and freshness. The rooms were spacious, featuring lovely terraces to enjoy the surroundings. The abundance of modern electronics added to the convenience of the stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay by the sea.

It’s reasonably priced and clean. We were a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 kids, 8 and 11 y.o. We were given the two rooms with a nice spacious terrace and had the entire kitchen to ourselves. Both bedrooms had ACs. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

We spent 8 nights with my best friend in Jessies Guest House Seychelles, Beau Vallon. I have to say that Jesse is a real fairy and all the staff was very friendly and helpful! We felt like at home, just with an environment of a tropical paradise with amazing flora and colorful songbirds and geckos. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, with 2 spacious bedrooms, very good AC and a nice bathroom. The view was exceptional to the garden and nearby hills. The breakfast always included fresh tropical fruits and croissants or super homemade pastry. The place is also very close to the bus stop to Victoria and surrounded with several good shops and street food bistros. The ocean shore is a few minutes away on foot, with one of the best beaches with fine white sand and ubelievable color water 😃. We are dreaming of coming back and going home at all 😊... This is an absolutely wonderful place, when we return to Beau Vallon we will only stay here. Large, clean, beautiful rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed (the direction of the air flow in the air conditioner can be adjusted, if that makes anyone uncomfortable), spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the lovely flowering garden. The kitchenette is also equipped with everything you need: gas stove with 2 burners, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, necessary utensils for cooking, wine glasses and so on. Plates and cups are not in abundance, but at check-in charming Clara immediately said that if something will be missing, you just need to say - and will bring additional dishes. My husband and I had more than enough dishes for two people. Cleaning is daily and very high quality. Spacious pool, comfortable sun beds, plenty of space on the pool. Since we were in January and it is low season, there were few guests - and almost all the time it felt like we were alone in a beautiful villa with a wonderful garden, where all day long singing different beautiful birds. They wrote a lot about breakfasts - yes, it is not buffet on system all inclusive, as in five-star hotels in Turkey my Egypt, but breakfast is absolutely tasty and enough to eat enough for half a day. Eggs are served just-cooked, according to preferences, backon on request (I do not eat pork, but my husband noted that tasty), white toasted bread (there is a toaster), a plate of fresh fruit each, pancakes or muffins or other bakery, good coffee, good juice in assortment (of good quality - in neighborhood stores it is the most expensive kind of juice in tetrapaks), milk, corn flakes, chocolate balls. The dining area itself is very nice. You can see that the whole area of the hotel is very carefully looked after by the owners. The location is also very good. 3 min.
