Everything in their household was done with a great deal of care: the food provided from local sustainable sources (which was so delicious by the way!!), the materials used to restore the Saxon house, the lovely flower garden, the vegetable garden, the wine from their own cellar. The host is also very nice and knows a lot of things about the history of the town and the region. We even got a private tour through the church and had many interesting conversations with Anna.
