So absolutely incredible! Literally felt like royalty with the ceilings and ambiance!! Morning breakfast while watching the town wake up and a guitarist play acoustic throughout. The robes and heated blankets made the mass of the historic building feel cozy and warm. Not to mention the staff who made you feel like family! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we hope to be back!!

Gorgeous property. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were kind and helpful. This is an outstanding place to stay and recover from our days walk on the Camino. We took a taxi to the property because it is a bit off the trail but it was worth it! The best sleep, lovely breakfast. We were treated well.

the total stay was terrific! A very warm welcome and care! A lot of most interesting information was given upon arrival about history of the house, city and places to go. the breakfast was a royal treatment, superb! the house beautifully restored!

Perfect place to spend a couple nights! All staff was incredibly helpful and really eager to make our stay as much comfortable as possible Location is also very nice, 5 minutes walking to the train station and city centre. As a person who was born and grew up in Viana do Castelo, the whole place made me feel at home. I definitely recommend and next time I'm visiting my hometown, I know where I want to stay.
