Stunning, beautiful and magical place - we loved our stay. Daniella is a fabulous host and the property and its location are just gorgeous. Lovely walks and drives in the surrounding area. Breakfast and the evening meals were all very good, brought to our studio and enjoyed in our private terrace. Great pool and large, very comfortable room. Very pleased to have found just an enchanting place. Highly recommended.

With an amazing view to a lovely village, beautiful mountains, River Tua and wineyards, Quinta Vila Rachel is the prefect place to spend a few days relaxed by a natural pool that resembels a natural pond, where the sounds of nature sorround you. Tiago the very welcoming host and owner of the Quinta, gave us a tour of his wineyard and explained us the importance of producing all natural wine and how he achieves it. In the end we got to taste the amazing wine and bought some. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and beautiful, equipped with everything you need. In the morning a basket was delivered with an tasty vegan breakfast. Over all was an extraordinary experience that I not only recommend as I will repeat.

The road is not so bad as people say, a bit bumpy but definitely doable, you realy don't need any 4X4. And it's totaly worth it when you finaly arrive at the quinta. What an amazing view, and amazing people. You should definitely consider eating at the quinta if you want to try local dishes, spoiler alert, they are amazing aswel!
