Their guesthouse is aesthetically and thoughtfully decorated and absolutely immaculate. Our room was spacious and attractive and the most comfortable bed of our many stops on this trip to Portugal. We really appreciate the large and fully equipped communal kitchen. We love the surrounding neighborhood. Wonderful restaurants and pastelerias are a short walk away. Can’t wait to return!

Lovely quirky place in a quiet little village. Joao was an excellent host who obviously is a very talented artist and couldn't be more helpful. All amenities anyone could wish for and such a lovely touch to have some local cherry licquer and homemade biscuits as a welcome gift. We could easily have spent another few nights here.
