I liked everything about the property! the pool was amazing, very deep about 4meters! host was great and kind location and views were superb house came with a local bottle of wine local area is very quiet and safe we really enjoyed this trip pictures don't do the house justice! its far better in real life

It was a little hard to find. Tucked away in a town square (a largo). Everyone in the town was super helpful from the grocery store employees to the group of gentlemen on the corner. Such a quaint place. The owner quickly came to help us get in because I couldn’t retrieve my email for the door code. Everything was as listed. The shared kitchen had everything you need…including a washing machine. A bonus is the buffet restaurant about 2 miles away. Restaurante Dona Isilda —definitely worth a visit! One price all you can eat & drink—traditional Portuguese

Very friendly people. I loved the introduction/tour of the house, which is still in the family and an old winery. Very comfortable place, lovely breakfast and super clean. Just a very short drive from Setubal, so worth considering if you're visiting there.

I cant give enough compliments to portray just how wonderful this stay was. The hosts are some of the most hospitable people I have met, this is in comparison to 5* hotels even. They do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Dont be shy to ask for local recommendations as they have plenty to give and each is worth following up on. The room was very clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured, location was perfect, free parking and walking distance from the centre.

I loved the spectacular view from our beautifully renovated windmill. Such peace and tranquility to be found here. Teresa, our host, was exceptionally kind to us as well. I hope to return again soon!
