The suite has 2 decent sized bedrooms with king beds (2 twins together), which were very comfortable. One bedroom had a 3 piece ensuite bathroom and the other 3 piece bathroom was just down the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen had great appliances, including a washer and clothing steamer. We really enjoyed the patio area with inside views of the courtyard. It was a great location where we could easily walk to the gardens, harbour and shopping area.

Posizione eccezionale, la nostra stanza aveva quattro finestre sul porto e un terrazzo con vista invidiabile sul Pico, ma anche la zona colazione e il terrazzo comune hanno una vista incantevole. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, c’è sempre a disposizione degli ospiti non solo il Classico punto caffè/the/acqua ma addirittura i dolcetti tipici delle Azzorre. La stanza era all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle, così come la colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Very central situation in Velas, just 200 meters from the ferry harbour. Stylish interior design. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a outside terrace was shared with all the rooms. Room has a/c.

The room was a short walk to anything in town. There’s also cafe with one of the better menu offerings in town right next to the hotel. My favourite amenity was the room’s large balcony with a great view of Pico. The staff is friendly and helpful. I asked lots of questions.

The place exceeded our expectations simply because of its host Rui! Maybe the room is a bit too small but Rui is a gem! He suggested some very best sport to visit on Sao Jorge, helped to solve return time issue with car rental company, suggested few really nice restaurants and even booked few taxi rides for us. We simply forgot about all the small inconveniences in the house, becase Rui made us spend a great time in Sao Jorge and if you read this, Rui, thank you very much!

Amazing view of the ocean and cliffs. Tables scattered throughout the property for a secluded breakfast surrounded by cool plants a flowers. Staff was soooo awesome. They heard we were leaving early and would miss breakfast and they packed us lunch baggies to eat in the road. Amazing place I hope to come back

Carlos and his wife were the best hosts: from helping with check in, providing recommendations on trekkings, making sure everything was okay (rooms, breakfast). We truly felt welcomed by them. Everything was super clean and the view to Pico was amazing! Strongly recommend this place!
