Combining the traditional architecture of the region with modern facilities, Casa Fontes has kept the red doors and windows from the former guest house. It is 300 metres from Pedras Salgadas Thermal Park.

Very good sized family room with en-suite bathroom, big windows and a Juliette balcony. Exactly as described and true to the photos. Spotlessly clean throughout with a very big comfortable main bed and perfectly adequate pull out second bed. Good quality bed linen and towels. The staff were warm and welcoming and check in was quick and easy. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but have no reason to think it wouldn't have been good. The Pedras Salgadas spa is well worth a visit and a dip in the pool. We hope to stop here again for a longer stay next time.

The location was also great since it is right next to pedras salgadas park. The host was great, super flexible and available which make the experience a lot better.

The spa is fantastic and the surroundings for walks and bike rides is simply wonderful. Had a fantastic meal at a the restaurant - crab toast and alheira. The team is super attentive and if the slightest delay is expected they inform the guests at the time of booking to allow you to make a decision.
