We were welcomed by Joao, a great host, who provided breakfast and helpful information for us. For example, he had books for us about birds and other wildlife when he found out that we are nature enthusiasts and he gave us hiking maps as well. The Guest House is fabulous and equipped with everything one can wish. Great restored house with lots of charme in the old town of Mertola! We loved our stay!

Everything aligned perfectly! We were extremely tired and we couldn’t ask for better place. The view of our room was amazing, the room was super comfortable, the pool has a ton of resting places for all the guests. The breakfast is the normal for a hotel, but still it was great!

Stunning property renovated to the highest standard. Our room was light and airy and beautifully decorated. The shower room was exceptional. The owner was helpful welcoming and very informative about the property’s nature reserve.

David is a really kind host! This is a new project, in the details you can realize the love and the will he is investing in order to have a beautiful space. The mattress is really comfortable :) Mértola and Beja are close by.
