We were walking the Fisherman's Trail and arrived before check in time. We rang the door bell and Sophie answered. We were able to leave our backpacks while we explored the town. The facilities are wonderful. It is very clean, new and comfortable, and included a fan and small refrigerator in our room. There is a lovely sitting room where coffee and fruit were available. Sophie checked us in and gave us good advice about where to eat. Following her advice we had an excellent meal at the Taverna Largo, which cooked fish and meat on a BBQ grill, less than ten minutes walk from the property. Also a short distance is a good supermarket which even has washing and drying machines in the parking lot......I'm guessing it's a Portuguese thing, but really smart.

Our stay at the Sunday Morning Guesthouse has been amazing. The guesthouse is brand new, and, even if it was opened less than one month ago, everything is well-organised. Anne and Stephan are friendly and kind; they were always happy to help and always trying to make us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast deserves a special mentions, it was delicious, fresh and healthy with a great variety of things.

Fantastic stay! really enjoyed staying at Arrifana Pines. Warm welcome by the host and his assistant pet managers. I wish the one night could have turned into a week. Rooms are spacious and clean and so are the commons area's and the bathroom. The irish bread ( freshly baked!!!) at breakfast is fantastic. Surf spots and restaurants are just a 5 min drive ( or less) away. Can 100% recommend this place and will definitely return if I am in Arrifana.

The kitchen had all the equipement we usually need to make breakfast. Easy! Quiet! I was happy in that kitchen.
