Single room was clean and sufficient for coming in only for sleep, as there was almost no space to make one - two steps I wasn't present in the room from 8 - 21 so the size of the room didn't really matter, but if you are planning to spend some time in the room during your stay, bare in mind that the single one is super tiny. Apart of this the bed was comfy, bathroom nice and clean, little kitchen is located outside of the room. The host was super kind and allowed me to store my luggage at the last day till late evening, and I am grateful for that.
