We had a very comfy stay at Nolina’s place. The room was so clean from bed sheets, pillow cases as well as the bathroom. We were also given personalized service by the family who owns the place, they attended to all our needs and requests. The location was also perfect as it was near the dock and park.

The location is luckily not at the main road but tucked away far enough (still walking distance to street food and various mini stores) so you will not be bothered during your sleep with traffic noises. We had a very good time there. Also you have access to a roof area with a hammock under the stars. The owners were super nice and accompanied us to the tourism center at the 100 Island area to make sure we will not encounter any problems (booking a boat trip), also helped us to get to the bus terminal. If you have no car and arrive with a bus its like max 50-100 Pesos (Tricycle) from the city center to the accommodation or from Tiny Homes to the tourism center at the 100 Islands.If you happen to have a car there is parking space. Overall, its great when pictures of a place are actually accurate and exceed your expectations. Everything was super clean as well.

located on a side street in town so you’re close to everything but also tucked away from the noisy main roads. lovely outdoor space, air conditioned bedroom, small kitchen, and even a portable washing machine that actually worked very well. great setup and great location. and the owner was so helpful and answered all my questions about both the property and the town.

The main house is surrounded by a very kept and beautiful yard/garden, a wonderful place to hang out, plenty of places to sit, very relaxing, outside amenities for BBQ and cooking very accessible and attainable ( no extra charges). The staff and owners live there but are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our booked apt was a 2 story with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, ac, plates, cups, mugs, and silverware and cutlery. There was a patio directly outside of our door with a nice table and 4 chairs. The refrigerator was like an American one. The road there isn't perfect but still is plenty good. Most time when we got to the gate in the car, the staff was already there and opening the gate to a flower surrounded private & secure parking area. Easy access to our apt and plenty of great privacy and freedom of the grounds situated at the edge of a large, green lot of land. The water pressure was fabulous and the commodes were American or British sized...thank you. I will definitely go back and will send my gf's granddaughter there for her own escape from college as well. She will love it. I could actually live there if it weren't a rental property. Location is in a subdivision not so far from Hundred Islands National Park. The house is not so close to other houses in the neighborhood. So even you are a noisy group of friends it wouldn't be a problem. If you are looking for privacy and cozy place, this is the house for you.

The hosts were extremely friendly and engaging. The hotel was 5 minutes walk to the boats and wharf for 100 islands national park. Private parking was a plus, I liked that it was quiet and a 5 min trike ride into Alimanos City with shops and good restaurants.I highly recommend this place due to the hosts and location.

Closed to island hopping. Walking distance
