Staying at Peacock Guesthouse was an experience on its own! It is a piece of a medieval fairytale brought into the modern world. What an incredibly nice stay I had! It is really a shared home and I felt like home. One of my best stays in Nepal! Shekar the owner is kind, friendly and funny. He showed me the city and the beautiful local places, it was such a nice experience! The rooftop is pretty and the common room was nice to hang out with Shekhar and the other traveler. It was quite at night and during the day because of the location but you are in the middle of the city centre!

At Milla Guest House we felt at home. The location is beautiful and very convenient. The room is clean and in the winter time there is a gas stove to heat it. The owners of the house were wonderful, pampering us with tea, treats and a delicious dinner. We would 100% recommend staying here.
